What that means in practice

• Moxlade is an independent service operated by Moxlade. It has no partnership, licence or endorsement from Upwork Inc., and does not use the Upwork API.
• The corpus is compiled from publicly visible postings and public freelancer profiles. It contains no data from any signed-in Upwork account other than what a workspace member captures about their own proposals with their own browser, in their own workspace.
• "Upwork" names the marketplace the data describes. It is a trademark of Upwork Inc. and appears here only to say what the data is about.
• Rates, hires and outcomes are observations at collection time. They can be stale, incomplete or wrong; every aggregate says how many observations it rests on.
